DMCA Takedown Notice

Use this form to report content on Best Disc that you believe infringes your copyright. Knowingly filing a false notice exposes you to liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

What we need

Your notice must include all of the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

• A physical or electronic signature of the owner (or authorized agent).
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material that is infringing.
• Your contact information (address, phone, email).
• A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate.

Counter-notice

If you believe a takedown was made in error or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to legal@bestdisc.org meeting the elements of 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).
