Standard moderation team roles

**Roles (top → bottom)**

@Admin — server owner + 1–2 trusted co-leads. Has every permission.
@Head Moderator — leads the mod team, can promote/demote @Moderator.
@Moderator — handles day-to-day moderation, mutes, kicks, ban appeals.
@Helper — answers questions in #help, escalates issues to @Moderator.
@Trial Mod — applying for @Moderator; can mute but not kick or ban.
@Verified — passed verification; can post in main channels.
@Member — default on join; limited to #welcome + #rules.

Each tier has all permissions of the tiers below it. Adjust permissions per channel via the @everyone deny + role-specific allow pattern.
